Superfines

Coal of shale particles which are distributed throughout, but not dissolved in, the liquid. If particles do not tend to settle out (i.e. form a sediment or scum), the suspension is said to be stable; however, to maintain the particles in suspension it may be necessary to agitate the suspension.
